Ingredients: ½ cup chopped pecans; ½ cup flour; 2 tablespoons cane sugar; ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon; 3-4 tablespoons olive oil or melted nondairy butter; 2 cups flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 teaspoons cinnamon; 1 teaspoon ginger; ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg; ½ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom; ¼ teaspoon ground cloves; 1 cup nondairy milk like almond; ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice; 1 cup pumpkin puree*; ½ cup white sugar; ½ cup brown sugar; 2 tablespoons melted nondairy butter or olive oil; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
