Ingredients: ½ cup olive oil; ¼ cup coconut oil; ½ cup cane sugar; ¼ cup brown sugar; ¼ cup almond milk or your favorite nondairy milk; ½ teaspoon almond extract; 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat pastry; ⅔ cup finely chopped pecans; 1 mounded tablespoon minced fresh rosemary; ½ teaspoon baking powder; ¼ teaspoon salt; Turbinado sugar, for edges
